Sorry to be 'the other way leaning', but I've used ticketmaster to access tickets for three Who shows, a BB King concert, and so far - excellent service as far as seats, access, delivery, etc. Without 'em, I'd have had a lot harder time getting to shows - although I hate the corporate monopoly they seem to hold on venues and artists.
