Help with ticket

I've been trying to get a ticket for the past few days
(for the Boston show), but unluckily for me I don't
have any credit cards and therefore can't buy one
online, and every time I've called the phone number
they give me this annoying message about not having
dialed an area access code, whatever the fuck that
means.  I really don't want to have to sit out on the
lawn, and in addition this would only be the second
concert I've ever been to (I live under a rock!), and
the first one was fifteen years ago, in 1987!  Does
anyone have any helpful pointers or other channels I
can get a ticket through before time runs out?
