OK, now that I've looked at that site, I'm wondering a few things.

Has anyone in the US bought VCDs from this place?  There are no prices
listed, but they seem to be talking about things like they were a
store ("Products" link and so-on).  Also, its unclear if they are NTSC
or PAL resolution.  Is the difference in resolution a problem for US
DVD players that can play VCD?

Since its a CD-R, one would expect that once you buy a copy you could
duplicate it in a trading tree just like audio CDs are duplicated and
traded now.  Has anyone done this?
