SFX/Clear Channel monopoly

Speaking of SFX, here is a news item about them

Editorial comment:  Attorney General Ashcroft is extremely unlikely to lift 
a finger to look into this, much less *do* anything about it.  Doing so 
would fly in the face of his philosophy - a monopoly is better than 'big 
gubment' regulations.
