The best use of a Who song I've seen in a recent movie was in Austin Powers
3: Goldmember.  It was hidden away in the DVD extras, and could be easily
missed.  In it, the Mike Myers character Goldmember sings "Squeeze Box", in
a camp/Dutch accent.

Funniest part of the film by far,
