Who reference @ Tom Green Show

Hiya,

In one of the Tom Green Shows Tom goes out in the audience and attacks them 
with milk and flour. Ofcourse, mayhem breaks out, and Tom yells: "It's just 
like a WHO show!".
I was pretty bored throughout the show but that woke me up. :-)
