Line up for Big Country memorial
A host of Scottish bands who were contemporaries of
late Big Country singer Stuart Adamson have been
confirmed to appear at a memorial concert in May.
Former Ultravox singer Midge Ure, Adamson's first
group The Skids, rockers Runrig and his former Big
Country bandmates will all play at the tribute show at
the Glasgow Barrowlands.
Organisers are still waiting to hear from U2 guitarist
The Edge, the Who frontman Pete Townshend and Kinks
star Ray Davies, who could be added to the bill.
