Secret december gigs/Young Vic part 2 ?

In regards to the secret gigs rumour, is there any possibility these could
be Young Vic part 2 ?  Is this their chance to try out the "possible" new
material that Pete has " allegedly" been working on? I feel that this is a
very credible and possible scenario since Pete and Roger said very very
early in the 2000 that they would try out the new material on stage first
before bothering with an official release.   And I'm sure they feel that the
stage show needs a lot of refreshing, several new songs to revalidate the
older material for the cynical press.
      Even if they only did the secret gigs and played new material, but
never offcially released it, they sure would make for some of the most
coveted bootlegs to hit the street in some time.
