JAE site temporarily down

http://www.johnentwistle.com has gone offline temporarily because the 
hosting company switched a lot of files to a different server, and 
obviously lost some configurations along the way.  It has been 
reported to them and is in the hopper to be fixed.

Apologies for any inconvenience.  If you feel you MUST access the 
site before it is fixed, you can bring up the navigation bar at 
http://ftp.eden.infohwy.com/theox/bar.html and go from there.
