Different opinions on Kennedy. It's kind of a different interpretation. I
liked the first and last part, but not the middle. Looks like Roger was
gritting his teeth. :)

Human interest? A couple of folks have said it's a great video but it
wasn't the best of shows--meaning there was some awkwardness in it. I
remember comments at the time, too, about the comedian that was booed at
half-time and unresponsive audience and etc. It looks to me like there may
have been problems with the venue and camera angles. Everybody is staring
into lights that leave them completely blind, and they pretty much keep
their eyes closed. I don't much like the dead on shots, either.

Some of the camera angles were outrageously good, though. They've really
set up to catch John's work on this one. Great shots of Zak, and Rabbit at
work, also, when he's generally ignored.

Rehearsal.

He looks like he's really trying hard on it. Mostly it's just a slightly
more layered sound, but then he does that oscillation thing and suddenly
it's a solo. Very nice.

That's the one I think they should play on VH1/MTV. It's too long, so it
would need to be edited some way, but the style is perfect, and I think it
would be competitive. There are a couple of spots where Roger would pass
for twenty. And that shot down the bass is pretty obviously the guy who
wrote Boris the Spider :)
