Thanks Lela, just a few points.

There's no problem with speculation, but turning speculation into a fact
with no evidence whatsoever is wrong.

Who is Bill? I missed this post originally, btw. As I said, there is no
evidence whatsoever that the money is going anywhere other than Pete's
wallet. Sorry Bill, but you're wrong and so is everyone else who thinks
any of the payment for the download will go to charity.

Again, if someone can direct me to an official Pete Townshend/Eel Pie
statement that charity will benefit, I will gracefully acknowledge I am
wrong.
