I suspect that the easiest way for many folks to get this is to trade with 
somebody who has the capabilities to download and burn it easily to cd.  
However, the fact that it's a paid download makes that a little bit of a 
problem.  If the proceeds are going to charity, as Bill thinks, then it puts 
traders in the position to rip off a charity.
