Blues to the Bush?

A co-worker just asked me where he could lay his hands on "Blues to the
Bush".  My answer:  You can't!  The poor mook has been asking local music
retailers where he can get it and has gotten nowhere.

Does anyone know where a copy could be had?  Will I have to break down and
copy mine for him at the risk of prosecution?
