TKAA update...

I'm having this transferred from 16mm film to VHS (with a digital DV
backup on tape for future diddling).  I'll let y'all know if my 16mm
print contained the missing footage that was in the theatrical release
but not in the VHS release.  I think the guy doing the transfer can
also do mass duplication for me (he suggested it!).
