Since younger acts have been mentioned, you'd think the strategy would be to 
swap fans.  The younger group picks up some fifty-somethings, and TED pick 
up some twenty-somethings.  They've advertized the price based on two 
well-known bands, so they're trying to avoid complaints (and demand for 
refund) from folks who bought tix based on that promise.
