For those of you who are concerned about buying on line with a credit
card, I saw an ad today for a VISA Netcard, specifically for buying
over the internet.  I didn't check into it, but presumably this is the
eCash we've been promised i.e. cards that you can load money onto and
then recharge when they're emptied.
