No Pete  said he couldnt listen to their music and didnt care for it  (the
music ) but said it was a shame because "their such a great bunch of guys"
thats a quote maybe sarcasm i doubt it though.    And Jimmy needs to
remember that if it werent for the Who ,NO one I repeat NO ONE would ever
had been as acceptant of Zeppelin if The WHo hadnt broken the musical
territory that they did.  I mean the earliest incarnation of Led Zeppelin
had Keith Moon and John Entwistle in it !!!
So I really think It was more the statement of Opening for the Who that lit
a fire under Page's keester.  His job is not so much guitarist  anymore as
it is defending the  legacy of his former band.  I can recall Plant saying
back durng the Quad Tour on '96 tha he was very pleased to see Roger and
Pete working together again.
