Also, Roger Waters basically wrote The Wall as a fuck you list for
everyone who screwed him up in life "Fuck you, and you and you etc."  Even
david Gilmour said the band was tired of how obssessed Waters was with his
father's death in WWII and all the baggae...nearly every Floyd album from
the 70's contains themes of this, the most blatant being the entire Wall
album (even though I love Floyd).
And of course, only a few years ago Pete "finally realized" Tommy was
about his post-WWII childhood....
