My order still hasn't been shipped yet. It does sound like they haven't got a clue...they
have a full page ad for the bonus disc on line,

but no one seems to be getting it automatically--you have to complain, then they tell you
it will be sent, but it isn't. So my guess is they have run out at whatever warehouse they
are using or are attempting to use, or it was never in stock there in the first place. No
one there seems to know what is going on, or seems to care.

I could forgive an unintentional oversight, if that were the case, but they don't seem to
be working too hard to attempt correct the problem.
