WAY movie?

Hey all

Just happen to be watching the 30 Years of Maximum R&B
video again and I'm wondering -- there's mention of a
"1979 movie Who Are You" at the start of the two clips
from right after Keith's death (Sister Disco and Who
Are You).  

Does anyone know anything more about this movie? 
Especially, if I can get a copy of it on video
(bootleg or official, I don't care!)
