New songs

ML said "Is there a Loverboy mailing list, and if so what the HELL can they
talk about???"

Can you believe Scott is dead? How will we carry on without him? He can't
be replaced. Now the original lineup can never be reformed. I think I am
going to stick my head in an oven!

At least we will finally get a definitive live album of the greatest
performing rock band ever!

Does that sound about right?

I want to stick my nose in this fine discussion ML and keets are having. It
started with keets asserting that the themes and jams heard on Pete's MP3s
are good starts to new material. I agree. It seems to me that the songs
need to have themes and music first and that the specific lyrics can be
built around them.

I agree with Mark that the lyrical bits we've heard are thin so far, but I
think that it is not a bad thing. The themes heard on TKAA2K and MG (from
Manchester) are great. If you toss in some of the heartache, anger,
friendship, etc. themes Pete laid out in his diaries - We have some great
raw material for some killer songs.
