The downloadable file is at the bottom of the page.  One way to get it is to 
right click on the link "Kids Are Alright 2000" and choose "save link as."  
Your browser will ask where you want it saved, and it'll take maybe 30 
minutes for a 56K modem.  You can play it with Windows Media Player or Real 
Player.
