In Toledo, OH (Directly south of Detroit and West of Cleavland),
I E-mailed both radio stations that play the Who form time to time (Although
never enough ;) One said they wenr't planning any promotions as of yet, and
I never got a response fomr the other. But I have herd announcement 2 times
so far but they were both focusing on the Page/Plant(whichever) and the
Black Crows part rather than the Who.
