Just as I was reading the above I was listening to the following part from
John Entwistles "Too Late The Hero".  

As the viking ship drifts out to the sea
The black sales burst into fire 
I turn to kiss the princess 
I have to pacify her,
The arrows fall - The sky is red,
The music gets higher and higher.
