It gets better as it goes along.  His main thesis comparing Pete to a medieval
minstrel falls completely flat but his analysis of the later Who albums and
Pete's solo albums is actually quite good.

It's the same as the U.S.  The long version of "Magic Bus" is available on CD
only on the 1980's CD (long out of print) "The Who Collection" from the U.K.
