>I went to blockbuster.com today and I found out that the name of The Who
BBC
sessions or King Biscuit Flower Hour release appears to be 20th Century
Masters:... It has no info on a release date except TBA 1999. There is not
track list either. I tend to think that this is the BBC sessions disc
because
the KBFH album probably wouldn't have a name like this. Here is the URL for
those interested in the lack of information that Blockbuster provides.<

I'm sorry, but I don't think this is correct. See the press release below.

>MCA's Launch of '20th Century Masters/The Millennium Collection' Series
Presents the Best From the Vaults, Including Louis Armstrong, Neil
Diamond,
Bing Crosby, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Who, B.B. King, and Many Others

    UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- There's no Y2K problem
at MCA Records. Over the course of this year, MCA will release "20th
Century Masters/The Millennium Collection," a series of mid-priced
compilation albums of essential music by some of the 20th Century's
greatest artists. "The Millennium Collection" kicks off with new Best Of
sets from Bing Crosby, Louis Armstrong, Neil Diamond, and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
All four CDs arrive in stores March 9.
In the months ahead, the series expands, with collections from such
artists as B.B. King, Chuck Berry, Patti LaBelle, The Mamas & The Papas,
Muddy Waters, Etta James, The Who, John Lee Hooker, Steppenwolf, Buddy
Holly, Judy Garland, and Bill Haley & His Comets. Each release in the
series contains extensive liner notes and credits, and each features the
best-known and best- loved recordings from these immortal artists....

MCA Records is a division of the Universal Music Group, a unit of The
Seagram Company Ltd., a global entertainment, spirits and wine company.<

This was on the newswire a few days back. So apparently 20th Century
Masters
will be yet another Greatest Hits collection...as if we didn't already have
enough
from the Who.

Also, my understanding on the Baba albums is that almost every contribution
from Pete is now available on either WHO CAME FIRST (the Rykodisc expanded
CD with bonus tracks), SCOOP, ANOTHER SCOOP or PSYCHODERELICT.
The nine-minute take of "Baba O'Riley" is the only thing I know of that
still
remains unreleased, but PSYCHO has a bigger chunk of it.
