Yes, Yes, and Yes.  If you go to Broadcast.com and you have either Real
Audio or MS Media Player (get version 6.0) you can listen to any of the BBC
Radio channels live.   Both are free downloads from their respective
websites.  www.real.com or the MS site.

Might have to stay up late or get up early with the time difference.  I
lived in Japan for the past 2 years and I stayed logged on virtually day and
night to catch WGN and WMVP (Cubs and Bulls games) while on the other side
of the world.  Great "free" service if you don't mind the occasional network
congestion and "tinny" sound.  If the broadcast is in stereo (which it
surely must be) you will need a minimum 28.8 connection.  That's what I had
in Japan and it worked great!  Good Luck and enjoy!
