Pete's Girlfriend?

Some gossip:

I was in the salon yesterday, reading the August 1999
issue of Bazaar--I think.  And, in an article about
Jerry Hall, the interviewer mentioned that Jerry likes
to hang out with other rock stars, including Pete
Townshend (though they spelled his name without the
"h") "whose girlfriend is" giving Jerry piano lessons.
 Does anyone know more?

PS.  I live in Boston, but I'm from Wisconsin.  I am
pleased to learn that there are so many Who fans from
the Midwest.
