Recording MPEG-1 Audio to .WAV file ???

I have a multi-disc CD set that is a Video CD.  I can play it back using the
Microsoft Windows Media Player, but I would like to create an audio-only copy.
 Can anyone tell me how I might capture the audio portion of the MPEG-1 file
and save it as a wave file, that I could burn on a CDR?
