10.10.67 BBC Sessions

The BBC computer shows Pictures of Lily, Summertime Blues, I Can See For
Miles, 
I Can't Reach You &  Our Love Was -  recorded Oct. 10th, 1967, for the radio
show Saturday Club broadcast Oct. 15th,  (and reused for Top Gear).  

Since BBC studios were mono, The Who were bending BBC rules & recording at Pro
studios in stereo. Irish Jack's Concert File book has the location as IBC
Studios
in Portland Place ; BBC log shows - the more likely -  De Lane Lea studios in
Wembley.  Any opinions ?

As these were "out-house" sessions, the BBC record shows complete, -delivered-
tracks rather than how many numbers were attempted.
