Tardy reply to announcement of new Horse's Neck paperback

Ms. Yellow,

I'm so glad that Horse's Neck is being rereleased!  Have you seen any
publicity for it, or did it just magically reappear in local
bookstores?  (I remember reading some time ago that Amazon would be
selling it.)  And, for those of us who live VERY close to you, where did
you find it?
