"Fire" and PT solo

To TVC-15: 

The "Fire" which you have is likely the track from PT's solo album "Iron Man" on which The Who played.  You're right - it ain't the best Who track, but John does lay down a pretty good bass line (as always).  Other songs on Iron Man are great, and some even brilliant (and there are a few other mediocre tunes as well).

Does anyone know what Pete is cooking up these days?  Given that he releases a solo album every 4 yrs or so, seems that we're about due in '98 for more goodies from Pete.
