    Yes, I also remember TKAA being released in the movie theatres and AQO
was in its eniity.
      There was also an introduction by Keith Richards.  WHen I got a video
tape of it I got the same copy you did.
     It was not until a few years later when MTV broadcast TKAA that I got
the full version.
       I have not know reason for this.
       It is just like the CD soundtrack.   The orginial vinal version as
Roadrunner/My Generation and is not found of CD.  Again no reason, but I am
glad I have all the different version.
