The theatrical release had the complete performance.  It was never
included in the american video release, AFAIK.  I've heard that the
Japanese release of the video included it for some reason.  I don't
think there's any connection at all to the Stones' release of the
video of R&R Circus.  The american video release of TKAA has been
butchered this way for many years.
