Well Mark, you are breaking the law and could face legal
action from the Who, their publisher, record label, RIAA,
BMI and ASCAP if you are not paying the proper individuals
royaltys for the use of the music in question. In order to use
the recorded music of someone else, you must pay them.
The fair use doctrine allows for samples of 7 seconds or less,
however that does not apply to most television or radio advertising.
I would look into this a little more before telling the world
about it if I were you. You never know, Pete might hear your
ad while driving to the Baba Center and have your ass hauled 
into court.
