Funny thing.  I've always thought that that song related to the age of =
Tommy's mom, or her lover. It then fits with the rest of the timeline in =
my head - World War two, the acid queen, PINBALL, rock musicians, and =
the age of many, many people who were married/married with child at the =
end of the war. Just my brainset. Of course, artistic license may also =
account for some of it...
