The other "Quadrophenia" movie

I just read this in the book "The Who In Print."

	Worrall, Dave.  "It all began on the bootlace."  Movie Maker,
January 1980, 53.  Dave Worrall, an amateur English filmmaker, tells the
story of how in 1973-1974 he made a feature-length 8mm movie of the story
of "Quadrophenia," using the original album as the soundtrack.  Called
"For a Moment," it later won several film contest awards.

Has anyone on the list seen it?
