Yeah? So what?  There are lots of people who are better lead guitarists than
Townshend.  Hendrix, Clapton, Santana, even Frank Zappa was a better soloist.
 Were they better song writers? I don't think so.  Were they better rhythm
gutarists? No.  Townshend is a great lead guitarist.  Pete even said that
when Hendrix played he was in awe of what he heard.
