Mmmm, not sure about that one as he was looking away during this
shot.  However, I'm pretty sure the woman in the blue ladies blazer with
the cravat who is also wheeled up to the statue is veteran British actress
Liz Smith.  She appears 10-15 seconds before the 'Stephen' lookalike.
