I understand that some of you may not have a place to get
this CD.  Well I found one.  I want to take Jennifer's advice
though and not post specifically to the list where the place is 
but rather ask you to send me separate e-mail if you would
like to know where it is.  I would rather err on the side
of caution than have this outlet potentially dry up for us
or get them in some kind of trouble.  Anyway, let me know
and I'll provide the info.
