More tour info

I don't know if this has been posted yet.  I just got back to town and
haven't had a chance to read any of the digests yet.  Quad will be played in
Cleveland at Gund Arena on Wednesday, November 6th.  Tickets go on sale on
Saturday, Sept. 7th.  Prices are $65 and $45.

Also, I desperately need copies of the 7/18 MSG performance and Pete's Supper
Club show on 5/4. Can anyone help?
