I've read that the girl in the car was Annette, Keith's main
girlfriend after his wife left. I don't think they got married
although on my 1975 Who tour booklet, "Keith Moon and Annette" has
been blanked out (poorly) and substituted by "Mr. and Mrs. Keith
Moon."
