The "Bounces" mailing list

Sorry about the errouneous mail that some of you received overnight about
being added to the "bounces" mailing list.  These messages "escaped" while I
was setting up some administrative automation.

With all of thre traffic that this (and other lists at igtc.com) receive, I
am trying to automate as much of the administration of the lists as possible
(so I can spend more time reading them instead).
