Wrong, wrong, wrong. Conservatives would only want it "as it was" or "the
way it should be" and liberals don't mind and/or welcome change. The future
VS the past. Me, I'll take the future...you can't put the genie back in the
bottle.
BTW, I like the little bit about how conservatives don't want government
interference. That's a good one. Tell that to the Xtians who are trying to
force their religion on us all as law. Or how the GOP won't allow gay people
to be life-partners, or how they want to destroy life forms and the
environment of the planet so that people can work. Hey...good plan! "I know,
let's dump poison in the river! It'll save us 2%!"
Me, I'm recycling for a living. Recycling CDs, that is...
But it should be noted here that the definition of conservative is someone
who doesn't want change, whereas the definition of liberal is someone with
an open mind. I try my best to have an open mind, and I'm successful most of
the time.
BTW, if you think I can't laugh at myself, you haven't been reading my posts.
