MCA's future plans for BY Numbers/Who are You/Face Dances/It's Hard

Rather than issue these albums with bonus tracks, why can't they put two 
albums onto one CD?  Why would anyone want to have It's Hard with bonus 
live tracks from this period or worse studio outtakes?  Face Dances and 
It's Hard are mediocre albums at best.  To give fans value for their 
money MCA could easily place Who by Numbers and Who Are You onto a 
single CD.  Same for Face Dances/It's Hard.
