my $.02 on Quad

Hi folks,
I don't think I'm really the best one to post opinions on the Quad
remaster because I haven't "lived" with the album the way some of you
have.
I will say one thing though: When I first played QUAD last year on my CD
player, nothing HIT me real hard. I always thought that The Real Me
should knock you off your fucking feet.
Well, I must agree with Mark thus far (who I know loves this album almost
more than live itself), and this album is real great. I am personally
pleased with the sound. I have already heard a bunch of things that I
have never heard before.
Pete said that this is the way Quad was originally supposed to sound-
perhaps that means with different things pointing out and sticking out at
us. Then again, you could go with my "Pete's a big fat liar" theory...
In any case, I'm on "5:15" and I ain't gettin' off it yet :-)
Jay
