Maximum R&B

Hi--

Does anyone know where/how I can get a copy of "Maximum R&B" ?
I seem to have lost mine!

Also, does the WHo fan club in NJ still exist? I recently
attended thw Quadrophenis shows in NYC (they were fantastic!!!)
and purchased the Quadrphenia souvenir booklet and noticed that
"Naked Eye", the WHo Fan CLub in the UK still exists but how
about here in the states?

Any answers will be appreciated! Thanks!
