THOSE QUAD TAPES

     ^^Does that mean they might make another attempt at bringing in those 
     ^^famous "Quadrophenia" backing tapes?...
     
     I've read that after the European tour in early 1974, The Who had 
     another of their ceremonial bonfires and threw the live Quad backing 
     tapes into it.  This doesn't count the tapes Pete destroyed in a fury 
     during the British tour in late '73.
     
     On another note, has anyone confirmed that Dylan, Clapton, Morisette, 
     et al. are actually performing Quadrophenia at Hyde Park?  Or are The 
     Who just doing a set amongst sets by other artists?
