While perusing A local record store, I decided to ask if they would be
stocking the new PT cd. I asked the girl who was walking around if she
knew if the store would be stocking "the new PT cd" her response was "Pete
who?" (This was not an attempt at a pun). I repeated again PETE TOWNSHEND
. She said "let me check the computer." After a few minutes of checking
she said" No Pete Townshend, (pronounced townsend), but there is a Pete
Townshend. (pronounced the SH, as in shithead)." I immediately left the
store.
My question to you is, WHAT HAS THIS WORLD COME TO?
Rob (possibly the only 20 year old who loves the Who)
