Alan McKendree sure is a nice guy!

     After reading the disappointing news from New York area Who mailing list members 
that recently missed out on getting Pete Townshend tickets, I wanted to let everyone 
know what good fortune I had.  Alan McKendree bought two tickets for the San Francisco 
PT show at the Fillmore.  I begged him for one of his tickets and he graciously said 
yes - at face value no less!
     Perhaps there are other altruistic members that might want to follow Alan's 
example.  Believe me, I'll never forget his kindness.
